• If your game arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@opendeckgames.com within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement.
  
• We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Opened items are not eligible for return, but if something’s wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged.
